BIOGRAPHY: Pastor Dr. Fred L. Hodge Jr.

Dr. Fred L. Hodge and his wife Linda G. Hodge are Founders of Living Praise Christian Center Church in Southern California. Dr. Hodge brings a unique anointing to the body of Christ in that he is a Pastor, Prophet, Psalmist, Teacher and an Author. Having a sincere passion for worship and a strong desire to see the body of Christ realize its purpose as the worshiping church, Dr. Hodge inspires God’s people to maximize their full potential in their gifts and callings. Traveling through the intercontinental United States, as well as overseas, Dr. Hodge has spent over 30-years of his life in faithful and loyal service and ministry, both edifying and building up ministers and laity alike.

Dr. Hodge graduated from Norwalk Christian Center School of Ministry in Norwalk, California in 1985 and from Confirmed Word Bible School in Pasadena, California in 1989.

Dr. Hodge’s ministry experience includes ministering at Mount Calvary Non Denominational Church in Los Angeles, California from 1974-1976, serving as the Assistant Pastor at Gethsemane COGIC in Compton, California from 1976-1981 and in 1981, Dr. Hodge founded Living Praise Christian Center where he is the Senior Pastor. Dr. Hodge has also founded the ministries “M.O.V.E” and “Vision Alliance.”

M.O.V.E. (Men Of Valor & Excellence) Ministry is designed to cultivate men to be a standard in their homes, communities and ministries. It is aimed at establishing men in their rightful place in the will of God, and producing the necessary virtue, character and integrity that would propel them to their next place of elevation.

Vision Alliance is a ministry that speaks directly into the lives of Senior Pastors. It was designed to impart a new level of wisdom, power & grace to Senior Pastors as they continue to fulfill the call, courageously leading others as they follow Christ. Dr. Hodge has an anointing to minister to Pastors, leaders and laymen alike.

As an anointed psalmist he has trained and cultivated worship teams nationwide as well as written and produced 2 critically acclaimed albums to his credit.
