COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER
Through the development of the infrastructure, We will provide specific services to communities in the San Fernando area. The Community Development Center will assess particular needs and work toward partnering with other outside agencies to better meet the needs of each individual. The Community Development Center will meet the needs of the community and members by utilizing well trained professionals with specific expertise, such as counselors and mentors.

KENYA TRIP
Our Kenya Mission trip to an orphanage and our overseas involvement has thrusted us into the planning stage of next level ministry of church planting in foreign lands and ministry schools.

ANGEL TREE TOY DRIVE
The Angel Tree Program delivers Christmas gifts to children who have a parent that is in prison. The parent that is in prison signs up with Prison Fellowship to have gifts delivered to their children from them. This is coordinated through Angel Tree. If it were not for this program, parents would not have a way of giving their children Christmas gifts.

CDC SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
2009 Fall Semester $500 Scholarship
The goal of this program is to help prospective students enjoy the benefits of a quality education. We want you to pursue your dream of obtaining a college degree. Whether you are a first time college student of adult returning to school to get a degree of technical certification, you may qualify for an LPCDC Scholarship.

Eligibility Requirements
• Demonstrated financial need
• Min 2.5 grade point average in the previous semester
• A personal essay of at least 500 words
• 2 letters of recomendation

MARRIAGE: COUPLES CONNECTION
Through Couples Connection, LPCC ministers into the life of marriages teaching developing and troubleshooting this all important institution. This ministry takes place every third Friday at 7:30 PM. The Couples Connection offers several different venues for learning. First is the teaching ministry, then workshops for practical application of learned principles. We also have fellowship outings for socializing. Couples must understand that the impact they have on each other controls the quality of their lives.

LPCC provides ministry to those who need to make adjustments in their marriage and troubleshooting for those who face relationship challenges as well. We believe even those who are happily married should come and learn additional skills to take their relationship to another level. We also provides pre-marital ministry for those who are seeking out marriage.
