PMT: PARTNERS IN MINISTRY TEAM
The Helps Ministry at Living Praise Christian Center, also called Partners in Ministry Team, is the consolidation of various groups of born-again, Spirit-filled individuals. They form a nucleus around the Pastor and his assistants to aid them in meeting the operational demands of the Ministry and the spiritual needs of the people who participate in the ministerial services and social activities of Living Praise Christian Center.
The Purpose of the Partners in Ministry Team:
1) To be an asset and a credit to the Heavenly Father as a co-laborer and joint heir with the Lord Jesus Christ in assisting the pastor in spreading the Gospel.
2) To be loyal and faithful to the body of Christ through the promotion of brotherly love, Christian camaraderie, and fellowship.
3) To be loyal and faithful to the Pastor and congregation at Living Praise Christian Center in assisting him in meeting the spiritual needs and operational demands of Ministry for both members and visitors alike.
4) To support the Pastor’s God-given vision by setting a good example to those inside and outside the membership of Living Praise Christian Center through a consistent display of spiritual strengths, moral fortitude, and personal integrity.
5) To be an asset and a credit of by developing spiritual stability through continuous study and application of the Word to your life.
In order to participate in any of the Helps Ministries at Living Praise Christian Center the following requirements must be met:
1) You must be a member of Living Praise Christian Center, born-again.
2) You must complete the requirements for the New Member’s Class & New Workers Orientation.
3) You must be water-baptized.
4) You must live a lifestyle that is consistent with Christian principle, with the Pastor’s vision, and with the rules and regulations governing the Helps Ministry.
5) You must possess the temperament and capability of performing the duties established in the particular area of Helps Ministry that you are applying for.
6) You must attend two consistent services per week. (Sunday and Wednesday)
7) You must attend the majority of scheduled meetings established for the Partners in Ministry Team.
Applications Available on the Information Wall in the foyer and may be submitted to the Resource Center.
Areas of service include:
Children & Youth, Greeters, Music, Sign Language, Ushers, Sound, Media and Outreach, and many more.
We welcome all willing workers to the Partners in Ministry Team.
